Privacy Policy
1. About this policy
This privacy policy explains how Negbeta Limited (“Negbeta”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through the corporate website at negbeta.com. It applies to this website only. Our consumer products are operated under separate product policies and are governed by their own privacy notices.
Negbeta Limited is the data controller for any personal information processed through this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14318349), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. What information we collect
The corporate site is intentionally minimal. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies, and there are no forms, accounts, or sign-ups on this site.
The only information processed when you visit negbeta.com is:
- Standard server access information handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for the purposes of delivering the website and protecting it from abuse. This typically includes your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you requested, and timestamps.
- Email correspondence if you choose to email us at [email protected]. We process the contents of your message in order to respond to you.
3. How we use your information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and protect the corporate website.
- Respond to messages you send us by email.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
4. Cookies
The corporate website does not set any first-party cookies of its own. Our hosting and CDN provider,
Cloudflare, may set short-lived technical cookies (for example, the __cf_bm bot-management
cookie) to protect the site against automated abuse. These cookies are essential for the security of
the website and do not track you across other sites.
5. Sharing with third parties
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the website. The principal one is:
- Cloudflare, Inc. is our hosting, DNS, and CDN provider. Cloudflare processes request information on our behalf in order to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Beyond providers like Cloudflare that help us run the site, we do not share personal information with third parties. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so by a court order or other lawful process.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare operates a globally distributed network and may process request information in any of its regions. Where personal information leaves the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) under the data protection laws that apply to us.
7. Data retention
Server access information held by Cloudflare on our behalf is retained for short technical timeframes consistent with Cloudflare’s defaults for security and abuse prevention. Email correspondence is retained for as long as we reasonably need it to handle your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, and the right to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
9. Children
The corporate website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
